The next 3km challenge runners with a series off hills of varying gradient and length. A quick "recovery" on the flat and athletes head into three cleansing dips in waist deep water. It's not warm. Runners take on more big hills to head back into the arena. This is a very hilly course with limited mud but plenty of water.

Registration
Pre pay online and then collect your race number and time chip on the day at the Registration desk at Frith Hill Event Centre, open from 8am. Find your name and allocated number on the start list boards and then come to the desk and tell us your number to receive a race number and time chip.Parking
Free parking is available for athletes and spectators. The location has changed from 2013. Parking and the Event Centre will be on Frith Hill, 650m from the event start/finish at Windmill Hill. The post code is GU16 6SQ. Follow the Brutal signs. Please do not enter the car park if you are being dropped off as you will be blocked in.Travel
Windmill Hill is easy to find from the M3 and A331. Turn off Deepcut Bridge Road opposite the Royal Logistics Corps Museum - See the map for further details. Post code for parking is as per Windmill Hill start/finish - GU16 6SQ.What to wear

Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those 13 years old and over to race.If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this. 1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to inform your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
