Brutal10km Congo Stream off road trial run
A very tough area of gentle undulations through close woods which contains marsh land, a muddy river and a few ponds as well as lots of twists and turns, even a few head-high trench systems to run along or over. This is an energy-sapping race.

Registration
Pre pay online and then collect your race number and time chip on the day at registration, open from 8am. Find your name and allocated number on the start list boards and then come to the desk and tell us your number to collect your race number and time chip.
Parking
There is free onsite parking for all competitors and spectators with refreshments on site.

Course

Timing
Chip timing will be provided by EMIT UK. Collect your race chip and race number at registration.
First aid
First aiders will be located at race HQ.
Toilets
Portable loos will be provided at race HQ.
Water
There will be water stations located at each 5km and at the finish.

Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those 13 years old and over to race.
