The race is set for the coldest and wettest time of the year so you can be assured of all the elements contained in a Brutal race.
We have a fantastic 2 x 5km lap course which allows all runners to get the maximum wet, mud and climb available. The climb on the course is short sharp hills, the wet will be in abundance with many large and long water areas.

Registration
Registration will open at 08:00. Please arrive in good time for the 10:00 start. Canicross will start at 09:45.
Look at the registration boards to find your race number against your surname and then inform the reg team so they can give you your timing chip and race number.
Parking
A large flat car park beside the arena with the start/finish. Free parking for athletes and spectators. Please follow the guidance of our marshals.
Share lifts where possible.

Other information
Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those aged 13 and over on race day to participate in this event.

Whilst this is a wet course, all water sections are depth tested and water will never be deeper than waist height.

If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this: 1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to contact your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
