Course
The course is run on part of the Army Alpine Driving Training circuit. After a fast flat and down hill start it's into the first steep climb just before the 1st km point with another climb just as you think you have recovered. Out into the open country to the 3rd hill before heading down for some gentle cooling in the small marsh. A long gentle climb back to the top, recovery, then unto a few more descents  and ascents just to warm the legs, the course progresses into the wet, then more wet and yes even more wet, around the corner past the arena and it's back out again on the 2nd lap.  Tough, wet and hilly running just the way Brutal runners like it.  Excellent spectator points of the hill and wet sections very close to the arena.  Just think you - get everything twice.

Timing
Chip timing is provided by Emit UK

First Aiders will be present at the start / finish.

Water

Don't forget

Other information
Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those 13 years old and over to race.

If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this. 1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to inform your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
