Course
The Women's race is set for the coldest and wettest time of the year so you can be assured of all the elements contained in a true Brutal race.
We've a large flat car park adjacent to the arena with the start/finish.
We have a fantastic Brutal course which is designed with two x 5km laps, which allows runners to get the maximum sogginess, mud and climb available. The climb on the course comprises of short sharp hills, the wet will be in abundance with many large and long water areas and the mud will make even the lightest trail racers feel like lead.

Timing
Chip timing is provided by EMIT UK.
First aid
First aiders will be on standby during the event.
Toilets
Portable toilets will be available at the Start/Finish
Water
Water will be available at the half way mark and at the finish.
Don't forget
There's a medal for all finishers - wahoo!

Bring the family along so you can show them how it should be done. A short fun kids race (boys and girls welcome) will be set up besides the start area and they can run as many times as they like for free. No registration, just turn up.

Other information
Whilst this is a wet course, the water sections are all depth tested. The race course will never go through water deeper than waist height.

If you are unable to race do not give your entry to another person. There are several reasons for this.1. We need runners to sign our Terms and Conditions. 2. With incorrect emergency contact details we won't be able to inform your family should a medical incident occur. 3. You will make the event's results incorrect and delay everyone receiving their finish times and places.
