We’re offering 5km, 10km and 20km routes. Each will hurt, a lot, but in a nice way. Same as last year.

What
A 5k, 10k and 20k trail race with many tough hills.

Registration
Pre pay online and then collect your race number and time chip on the day at registration, open from 8am. Find your name and allocated number on the start list boards and then come to the desk and tell us your name and number to receive your race number and time chip.
Parking
There is free onsite parking for all competitors and spectators with refreshments on site.
Travel
Bramshott, Liphook, GU30 7QZ Access is directly off the A3. Signs will lead you from this point. Do not use the back roads.
Course
The course is best described as tough and hilly, but with little in the way of mud as it's high summer. It runs over all types of tracks/paths and parts of the course are through the terrain. The hills on the 20km route will deliver a new meaning to Brutal with the 10km and 20km races passing the assembly area each 5kms. The assembly area/ parking is in the centre of the race area and is in an excellent position for spectators to cheer the runners on.
Timing
Chip timing will be provided by EMIT UK. Collect your race chip and race number at registration.
First aid
First aiders will be located at race HQ.
Toilets
Portaloos will be provided at race HQ.
Water
There will be water stations located at each 5km and at the finish.
Other information
Please note, for insurance purposes, we only allow those 13 years old and over to race.
