2016-11-12 10:00 2016-11-12 10:00 36 A single lap route which has a gentle run out to a steep climb. The course then heads up and out into the open through a series of climbs and a couple of marshes to the 5km point. After this comes the water! Through the first cooling marsh and then through Alligator Swamp followed by Swan Lake. Drop downhill onto the Muddy Mile with two steep climb outs and a great view from the 8km point. Next up: Duck Pond. Once you're through this there's a wee bit more wet before a very steep short hill and into a fast descent onto another couple of testing hills before heading back to the finish. Find your name on the registration boards and remember the number you've been allocated. Inform the registration team of your number to be given your race number and timing chip.

Free parking for athletes and spectators. Please share lifts where possible!
